We help our customers to be more effective in the process to find, purchase and implement solutions and material to solve the challenges within the industry and universities.

Oleinitec Nordic AB provides instruments and solutions for various analytical tasks ranging from basic parameters to demanding and complex systems.

Oleinitec have a history that goes back to 1975 when Nils Gustafsson founded Nitec AB. Solutions for viscosity and rheology was the main business at that time. Today we offer a much broader portfolio to our customers in the Nordic region. Particle analysis, Steam & Water at Power Plants and various food, soft drink and beer applications are some of our current areas.

You’ll find the Oleinitec headquarters in one of the most prominent Swedish technology area – just north of Stockholm, in Sollentuna.

Our Vision & Business Idea

Our business idea is to be a knowledge company in measurement technology and the skilled, efficient link between innovative technology and functions within the Nordic research facilities and industry for materials-, fluid and gas analysis. We create reliable solutions with low maintenance costs throughout the entire life cycle of the instruments.

Our vision, based on knowledge and experience, is to provide sustainable solutions at low maintenance cost together with our market leading suppliers in order to create inventive solutions based on our customer’s needs and values. Competence, professionalism, quality and ethics are key words in our relationship with both our suppliers as well as our customers.

The “Hyxo Group” established in 2022 a new Parent company and management structure for the group, WEST Investment Group. The new company will enhance and continue the long tradition of successful business development and long-term engagement.

Our History

1975

Oleinitec have a history that goes back to 1975 when Nils Gustafsson founded Nitec AB. Solutions for viscosity and rheology was the main business at that time.

1997

Nitec and Oleico joins forces as Oleinitec.

2012

Hyxo OY becomes part owners.

2014

Oleinitec Nordic AB became in 2014 a fully owned subsidiary of the Finnish company group HyXo.

2022

In 2022, HyXo established a new parent company and management structure for the group, WEST Investment Group.
