Portable Laboratory and At Line Analyser
The new LP series of Maselli analyzers can be
used both in the laboratory and for fast
measurements at line to measure CO2 and
Oxygen content of any wort, beer, wine or
soft drink.
The equipment is using traditional pressure and
temperature technology to measure CO2, and
an optical sensor for the dissolved oxygen
(quenching fluorescence).
In the laboratory, the LP is working in
combination with an automatic sampler able to
handle any kind of different container (can,
bottle, PET, etc.) while, at line, the portable
device with rechargeable batteries may be
directly connected to tanks or piping.
The analyzer does not have any drift in the time
so that it does not need any adjustment: after
the initial configuration during start up, the
operators in the plant do not need to touch
the system anymore exept for the daily cleaning routines.
