Return Shipping

Instruments and products sent to Oleinitec shall be declared with a Declaration of cleanliness.

Returned goods from the customer, i.e. instruments sent for repair, shall always be accompanied by the Declaration of cleanliness. This for personal health reasons. Driver of our quality system is to “only return goods accompanied by a declaration of cleanliness be opened by personnel at the company”.  Declaration of cleanliness can be sent by email or be enclosed with the returned instrument/product.
